We’re teaming up with the Shetland Chef once again to bring meat produced by us directly to your community, as we travel around the Islands with our Croft to Coast takeaways—serving up bold, flavour-packed food inspired by Akshay’s roots in Mumbai, made with the best of Shetland’s local ingredients.
Not only are we championing the meat raised on our croft, but we’re also working with Shetland’s local fishermen to bring you fresh fish, caught straight from the sea surrounding our bountiful island, right to your plate.
